In 2018, Frédéric Desmedt decided to found his micro-brewery on the family farm. This talented autodidact was well taken care of since his beer La Belotte created a surprise by winning the gold medal at the Paris Agricultural Show in 2019.

At the Desmedt farm store, treat yourself to a few bottles of this exceptional and rare beer: its creator wants to maintain production on a human scale, distributed only in certain cellars and farm shops in the region.
